BUYING PROCESS IN OUR E-COMMERCE
The purchasing process using our E-Commerce will be established as follows:
24 hour delivery to the Mainland , Balearic Islands, Portugal and Andorra for credit card payments, bank deposit or COD.
For purchases made on Fridays delivery will take place the following Monday.
For purchases made over the weekend delivery will be on Tuesday.
For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melillaregular mailing with delivery within 3 to 5 days depending on the weight. NOTE: DESTINATION TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

The purchasing process starts with the selection of the articles by the client, which has at its disposal in the frame of the main page marked as "Products" that unfolds in the various products offered by O´NAILS.
The product showcase presented by O´NAILS, is subject to any changes or removement of its products without prior notice, both its features and price. The presentation of the product on our website does not imply the availability of the product for sale at anytime. The information specified on the products presented in our website can be modified or deleted anytime by the company, just as the company is not responsible for any inaccuracy, orthographic or graphic error that our website may contain.
The images presented of the products do not have to match the actual item. The company makes available our sales deparment to our customers for any technical support or references on products located on our website, by what we are not responsible of the customer or consumers decision based on the brief information indicated of our products in our web.
Order proposals received by e-mail are not considered a contract until they are reviewed by the commercial department and approved by the company, according to the purchasing process detailed on this website.
Orders not yet accepted by the company can be modified any time by the client, as long as the order has not been shipped, returning to the cart and making the appropiate changes.
All documents generated in the process will be guarded by the company during the legal term established, and will be accessible to the consumer upon certified request in writing to the registered office of the company.
The client will be adding the items to his/her shopping cart once selecting them with the icon represented by a cart that is included next to the description and NET price (without iva) of the article in the page that collects all the articles of the different products offered by O´NAILS.
Selected the articles and completed the purchases, the customer must fill out the form with his/her personal information, shipping address and type of payment. The electronic commerce has an option to modify and cancel the requested proposals.
The company reserves the right to translate as its interpretation to Spanish and/or English any order placed in another language other than the previously quoted.
Selected the option CONTINUE, the customer will see a warning stating that the order been prcoessed successfully.

Confirmed the order, O´NAILS generates two emails confirming the order made by the client:
- A first email will be sent to the customer where you will be informed about the details of your order and requesting copy of your deposit or money transfer to: info@onails.com
The customer will receive an email which validates the purchase. This document will be considered a contract for the purposes of the provisions of Article 23, of the law 34/2002, the parties accept that the contract is to be held at the registered ofice of the company.
All the documentation generated in the process will be guarded by the company during the legal term established, and will be accessible to the consumer upon certified request in writing to the registered office of the company.
If the payment has not been procesed , O´NAILS will deduce that the client has decided to resign to the order.
In the normal supposition that the transfer has been processed successfully, O´NAILS will initiate the process of sending the order requested by the customer within the indicated period.

BANK DEPOSIT OR TRANSFER By deposit or money transfer in our banking account. Once we confirm the entry in the account, your order will be sent. Note that money transfers and deposits can take between a day and a day and half in reflecting in the account.
The pending payment order requests for payment or transfer will be ket during a week, afterwards it will be cancelled.
1) We only accept returns if the product has a defect of manufacture. You have a period of seven business days from the date of delivery to return (according to Art.44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 Retail Trade amended by the Law 47/2002, of December 19.
2) Due to breakage or poor condition as a result of tansportation, you have 24 hours to process the claim. No claims will be accepted after this date. (The broken product or in bad condition is required before exchanging or giving the credit).
3) If the product is out of stock and these are pre-paid orders we will inform the client on weekdays, so you can indicate us if you prefer a total refund, partial (by the amount of the product out of stock) or wish to wait for stock replacement if it was the case.
